Right, we need to talk about this. LEGO has just announced something that’s going to make every cyclist’s jaw hit the floor – and yes, we’re absolutely here for it.
The LEGO Icons Road Bike (set 11380) has just been officially revealed – a stunning 1,015 piece brick built replica of a modern road bike. It’s the first road bike to ever feature in the LEGO Icons lineup, and honestly, it looks incredible. From a distance, you’d genuinely struggle to tell it apart from the real thing.

What’s in the Box?
This isn’t just a static ornament. LEGO have gone deep on the details:
- Working pedal-and-chain drive with a freewheel mechanism — yes, it actually coasts
- Smooth front-wheel steering
- Derailleurs, brake calipers, and clipless pedals
- Aero-style frame with deep-section disc brake wheels
- A removable water bottle and rear safety light
- A rear wheel-lift display stand so the wheels can spin freely when you pedal
The attention to detail is frankly ridiculous. There are jockey wheels on the rear derailleur, the shifters have paddles, and there’s even a bidon sitting in the frame. Someone at LEGO clearly rides.
How Big Is It?
This thing is a proper statement piece. It measures over 60cm long, 36cm high and 19cm wide – so it’s going to look magnificent on a shelf, a desk, or frankly anywhere in your living room that needs a bit of cycling soul.

The Perfect Gift (For Yourself or Someone Else)
At £109.99, it’s genuinely great value for a display model of this quality. If you’ve got a cyclist in your life who’s impossible to buy for, or if you fancy treating yourself after a long season out on the Rutland lanes, this is it.
You can grab it on Amazon here – it launches on 1st June 2026, so pre-ordering now means it’ll land on your doorstep on release day without a second thought.

A Bit of Fun Between Rides
We spend a lot of time talking about getting out on the roads around Stamford and Rutland – but there’s something genuinely lovely about a hobby that extends beyond the ride itself. The tinkering, the planning, the obsessing over components. This LEGO set taps right into that same energy. It’s a brilliant build for a rainy evening, and the end result? Something you’d actually be proud to display.
We’re already thinking it’d look brilliant next to a Garmin Computer on the desk. Just saying.
It drops 1st June 2026 – the perfect summer treat.
