We’re absolutely buzzing to share some fantastic news with our cycling community! After countless brilliant rides and refuels around Stamford, we’ve teamed up with our favourite post ride spot – Fika – for something really special.
Introducing our Monthly Fika Ride
Starting in August, we’re launching our Fika rides! Every last Sunday of the month, we’ll be rolling out for a scenic loop around our beautiful countryside, finishing with the perfect reward – coffee and pastries at Fika.
These rides are designed to be exactly what you’d expect from us: relaxed, welcoming and focused on the simple joy of cycling together. Whether you’re on a carbon road bike or your trusty hybrid, everyone’s welcome. We’ll meet at Fika Stamford for 7:30am and follow one of our routes through the countryside before ending at Fika for that well-deserved coffee and chat.

Why This Partnership Works
Anyone who’s ridden with us knows that half the joy of cycling is the post-ride coffee and cake. Fika’s commitment to quality coffee and their warm, welcoming atmosphere makes them the ideal partner for our monthly rides. Plus, they genuinely understand cyclists – they’re always happy to accommodate us and the bike chat!
The Fika Ride isn’t just about the ride itself. It’s about building our community, sharing stories and creating those moments that make cycling so special. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist looking for new routes or someone who’s just getting back into riding, these monthly meet ups are designed to be inclusive and fun.
Save the Date
Our first official Fika ride is coming up on Sunday 31st August. We’ll be taking on a 40km route that showcases the best of Rutland’s quiet countryside lanes. It’s a perfect distance for a relaxed morning ride, with rolling hills and stunning views.
